    Inexpensive, light weight and black.

    Sizes are very limited, you must fit the hat not the hat fit you. It is pressed polyester so light weight not very good quality but for a reasonable price. Good shape and height. I recommend it for limited use. It is not a proper period top hat but would work in some situations.
