    Easy installation and great value

    I highly recommend this cycle computer. The price is right. The features are comparable to units that cost much more and installation is easy! I've owned the 7 model and with this one you get a couple more data read outs-calories burned and another feature I have to admit, I don't even use and can't think of. Electronics keep getting more and more entertaining. Instructions are clear especially if you speak 14 languages. Another fine Cateye product. I'd recommend it to a friend.

    Velo9 Cycle Computer

    The cycle computer has many features that are of dubious benefit to the typical rider like calorie counter. However, it does not include a cadence counter which is essential to efficient riding.

    Easy set up and use.

    I like this model. It was easy to setup and attach to my bike. There was enough wire to place it on the front fork and run it up to my handle bar. I did not have the same succcess with a prior wireless device. It just didn't work well and I decided to go with a wired set up. In use, this model has functioned well. I am pleased with its performance. You will need to spend a few minutes looking over the directions it comes with to be sure you set it up properly. Most of the time is spent playing with the unit, as you refer to the directions, to correctly enter set it up. In all, I had it on the bike in about 30 minutes ready to go.

    Here's a straight-forward, easy to install unit. It has been rugged and simple to use. We like the big display and easy trip reset. There are plenty of zip ties included to secure the components.

    Excellent Features, Reliability, and Value

    I have 3 of these now. They all work great. Simple, efficient, easy to install, easy to use. Much, Much better than wireless bike computers. I tried wireless and the were very inaccurate because the wireless function was always syncing and unsyncing. This is a great bike computer for the price.
