    Decent thermostat

    It's ok as far as cleaning, but I would not say easy. There are too many bumps, and the item is not smooth. It is a good thermostat. It is NOT compact, I have had smaller thermostats, wish it were a little smaller, but it works well. A little tricky to turn at first for temp control, but it's fine. It makes an inoperable cooker operable again, and that's the goal.

    The resuscitator
