    I am not sure how people determine how to rate products, but this crossbody bag was not new without tags as described. It was smelly, and dirty. It is very obvious that the bag had been worn/used before. I don’t know how/if eBay does their due diligence, but it seems like people shouldn’t be able to sell items falsely labeled as new. Other than that, the shipping and packaging was fine.
