    These skis are listed as being in “great” condition. They were very beat up. Many chips and gouges. No where near ready to ski. Needed lots of conditioning before they were mountain ready. They work but the add was misleading by stating “great condition.” They did arrive quickly and had good packaging.

    I offer free returns for full refunds so if this was the case then why did you not just take advantage of it? This is why I stand behind my product and offer free returns. You asked for a discount which I do offer and then you kept them which tells me that you were trying to get a discount for yourself and clearly want to keep them when you have the option to get a full refund if you were not happy... doesn't really add up to me??
