    Shipping was extremely slow. After creating a shipping label and providing me with tracking, they waited for a week before they handed the package to the shipper. I didn’t even open this package, I could feel it in the bag the spark plug was not in anything but a plastic bag. The tiny spark plug box was crushed. At $60+ I thought I was buying a set of spark plugs also believing this plug is damaged, I asked for a refund. They said NO. Worst seller ever.
