    Item received damaged instead instead of making it right by sending another one they tried to low ball me with 80$!! After it came badly damaged and dented I told them no then they offered 100 still refusing to send me a new and telling me other customers had same issue but it was not their problem it was fedex s problem I’m like no it’s your problem I bought it from you. But still only they gave me was 120 wtf I’ll never buy from them again

    The item was indeed caused by FedEx in transit and the customer accepted a refund of $120 as compensation, but still insisted that it was our problem. This is not a customer who can communicate reasonably and I will not sell you any more products!
