    Great value.

    A basic unit, but it is perfect for use in my office. It was in the factory box and came with all of the accouterments; including RCA-type cables. You'll need your own HDMI cable. In addition to DVDs, it will also play CDs, but the sound quality is dependent on your TV speaker system. I have a small sound bar, so it's not bad. At the price, I don't see a single downside.

    This DVD player is a piece of junk!!

    Played for about 5 seconds then No picture. But sound continued. Kept going "on and off". Tried different discs - same thing. Tried new HDMI cable - same result. Buttons on remote are VERY small. Hard to navigate. You also have to reset the upscaling EVERY TIME you turn player off and back on. A total waste of money!! Stay away from this one!!
