Schlage stopped manufacturing wafer cylinders back in the 1970s. The cylinder you purchased is for a 20 series lockset made during that period. Typically, you would want to replace a part with the exact part number found in the maintenance catalog associated with your lock. In regard to shipping, we use eBay's built-in calculated shipping tool. It provides shipping quotes from their provider, plus a $1 handing fee.
