    Reading this book has changed my life! I was in menopause with depression, and when I read how damaging my diet was to my body, I wanted to change. Dr. Means showed which foods help or harm, and I set off on my journey to avoid all sorts of health problems we are supposed to expect as we age. Avoid: added sugar, processed food, and seed oils. She gives the scientific explanations and how to eat healthy, get 10,000 steps/day, regular sleep times, healthy recipes, & more. Went from a size 6 to a 2 without trying. My husband has lost over 20 pounds. We are much healthier & happier today than 6 months ago.
