      Helps with Plantar Fasciitis

      I found this product very helpful as part of my recovery from plantar fasciitis. We have a "no shoes" household, which means that I am wearing slippers a good deal of the day -- which is terrible for PF. This product provides good arch support when my footwear provides none. It is the same concept as the "arch band" that my podiatrist gave me -- only better. I use both plastic inserts for extra support.
