They forgot to ship cord but promptly said that they would send cord in mail.  my only complaint is that they could’ve packed it better l- there wasn’t much packing material inside of the box and the corner of the box was damaged and during shipment.  as a whole I got a decent used item for a good price.

    Good

    it's a clever design. I can't say how reliable it is as the time can only tell.switch system is based on the top of the potentiometer with some modifications to the shaft. DC resistance always in 210k-220k readings with most fender pots. it's a logarithmic ( audio taper ) pot with the 20% taper when the shaft is set in the middle. the strat version and tele ones are different design because of the knobs. hopefully this helps someone.

    Hard tail strat upgrade

    One thing to be careful with is the 3 leads on the pot. I wired my old 1975 hard tail Strat for an S1 switch upgrade. While putting the pick guard back I cracked and broke a lead where it was unusable. I was able to take apart that pot and then I took apart the old original pot where the leads are a lot stronger, and put the old pot leads the the new S1 switch. Fit and works great. The strat has Tom Anderson vintage pickups and with the S1 switching really sounds great.

    One switch opens up a million wiring possibilities.

    This is a switch so there's not a lot to say. The big advantage of this for me is that it's a 4PDT switch that hides within the volume control allowing a multitude of uses. I'm using it for a true bypass for an EP Boost I installed within my Strat. Works great and maintains the original appearance of the guitar. Stealth and sweet.

    Great but expensive

    After you buy the knob that fits this and the “nylon insert” that allows it to actually utilize the push/push feature, your up to a $35 mod that could have been had with a normal push/pull for less than $10.
