    What a positive experience! Seller was super communicative, touching base regarding shipping issues due to Canada Post strike. Gave me three options: send with higher cost through UPS, refund, or wait for strike to be over. Was willing to be patient and held onto the item for the 3 weeks of the strike. The item was exactly as described, even pointing out small maks on back of jacket that I hardly even noticed when received. Very solution oriented, upfront, and honest seller. 10/10!

    Item came damaged (not previously disclosed) and when contacting them, they offered to return or get a discount on a FUTURE item, but no discount for the current item. Neither of these options worked for us because we needed the item.

    To clarify: The damaged item is a drawstring at the bottom of a jacket that has come loose (the jacket is over 15 years old). We can't test every button or drawstring for functionality. This drawstring appeared to be in good condition, but apparently due to the jacket's age, the glue holding it in place has dried out and lost its effectiveness. We offered to return the item, but the buyer declined. Thank you
