In about a week it has been able to get the humidity from 70% to 50% but is only maintaining at 50%. It is working, but it should be faster and get the humidity down to at least 45%, since it can be set as low as 40%. My basement does not have a continuous source of humidity, so I am a little disappointed in the product.

Couldn't find where it came from and tray function appears ok. It runs but haven't had the humidity to fill the tray for automatic shutoff . Overall pleased with the unit so far.
