    The photo seem to leave you believe that there are two, three once packages. There is only one and that make the cost high because this item is usually sold for about $2.50/3.00 a package. The item was received wrapped in an old torn plastic eBay shipping bag with the sellers name on it.

Buyer made a false claim and only purchased what they received in the description that is clearly stated in the item specifics and in my description.
