    The buyer received VCR/DVD unit exactly as described. The missing part the buyer is referring to is the (bezel VHS tape door). This missing part was CLEARLY indicated in the detailed description of the ad. It states "bezel door on VHS is missing, does not affect function", the VCR works fine. Also, the main photo clearly shows bezel VHS tape door is missing. We were TRANSPARENT with everything about this item. Negative feedback was left because of a return request. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUYER!
