    Makes unique cookies.

    The product arrived fresh, tightly sealed and very quickly. I use it for cookies, especially Christmas cookies. I got this order just in time to make a second batch of my Christmas Ammonia Cookies. There is no substitute for this ingredient. It is made to be used in thin baked goods only.....things like cookies and crackers. You can't bake cakes with it. There are only two negatives about using ammonium carbonate: (1) you can't eat the raw cookie dough and (2) your kitchen smells like oven cleaner during the baking process.

    Great product!

    Making Springerle cookies for the first time and they turned out great. I have had those cookies made without Ammonium Carbonate and I will never make them without it! These turned out fantastic! If you are looking for Ammonium Carbonate to bake with, well, yeah, I highly recommend this one!
