In fact, they did not ship the item until 2 weeks after the purchase, despite their FAQ saying it would ship in 3 days. They have now stopped replying to messages to get more details. Regarding your lack of response to your messages, we were on vacation for three weeks. Since yesterday, we've been trying to resolve all the issues that arose during our absence.
