    Ordered an evaporator coil and paid $210 just for shipping alone. The seller promised fast shipping via USPS Ground Advantage but instead used UPS Ground Saver — slow and unreliable. The item arrived completely broken and banged up, even though the outer box was in perfect shape. Clearly, it was damaged before it even left. Worse, the seller went silent for a whole week after shipping. No response, no accountability. They tried to file an insurance claim with the carrier saying it's their fault
