OEM NEW OLD STOCK
The part was perfect, What is not included is the rope or the dogs for the ratchet stops so be sure to save those when you take out the old pulley. I replaced the rope with nylon not cotton as was original and if you buy bulk 1/8" nylon braided rope you can get 50 feet for the same price as a kit with 8 feet. The Starter Pulley is the exact match to the Tecumseh part that came out. The eBayer I bought it from sent it out very fast, good price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
