      Reclaiming youthfulness takes time...

      The product arrived as promised. I've decided to take 2 caps twice daily. No negative side effects noted so far, because it's only been a few weeks. The caps are easy to swallow, especially if you drink some water or juice prior to taken them. I also read the research, so I'm taking Vit E and C. I use Black Soap to help exfoliation of dead skin to include a sugar scrub and other skin brightening essential oil such as lemon. Most importantly, I apply Sun Block even on cloudy days, drink plenty of water, try to eat a healthy diet, practice Aikido Martial Art with low impact weight training and use a good moisturizer, such as Alba products and Organic Coconut oil.       Little dissapointed

      I bought 2 bottles, but I can't see too much difference, at this time of using them, I think I should see my skin pale, but it's not, I still use the same tone of my make up foundation, for example. I feel little dissapoint with the product, by the way, I use sunblock protection every day
