    This tube of hair cream was shipped in a flat paper envelope. The envelope was torn in multiple spots; one entire corner was ripped and the bottom of the tube hung outside the envelope. The lid had popped partially open, with at least 1/3 of the cream smeared inside the envelope. I asked the seller for a refund; first he said he would get it out right away; then came back and wants me to ship it back to him. Really? Ship this mess? Perhaps he should start packaging items correctly.

    Truly stellar service from this seller. When my skis arrived (incredibly quickly!), they were in worse condition than I had expected (the size I ordered was popular, so perhaps this was one of the last pairs available). When I reached out to the seller asking for a partial refund or exchange, they didn't challenge what I said about the skis, and we agreed on a refund amount that I was completely satisfied with.
