  • I only buy Cuisinart kitchen ware

Forget all the no stick nonsense, most of which is not at all good for you, Cuisinart's stainless steel cooking and bakeware is simply the best. Heavy heavy gauge conducts heat evenly, whether you are frying an egg or making a delicate sauce, or baking muffins. Easy cleanup by hand or in the dishwasher. Love this brand!

  • Great Pan & Great Value

I have a Wolfgang Puck stainless set which includes a Teflon coated sauté pan. Because I know that Teflon only has a certain life to it (and I make scrambled eggs every morning), I didn't want to have it ruined. So I purchased this skillet to use daily. As with my Puck set, this skillet has rolled edges to prevent dripping all over if you want to pour something from it into a container or serving dish. The stay cool handle does exactly that - no matter how hot the pan gets, the handle stays cool to the touch. I have a ceramic cooktop stove, so I like the fact that the aluminum core is sealed in stainless steel. Most people don't know that you can't cook with aluminum on ceramic cooktops because it will stain the ceramic (aluminum has a low melting point and traces will be left on the ceramic). Though I've only had it a month, I anticipate that it will give me at least a year or longer of good service.

  • Perfect Pan!!!!

Ruined my husbands special $50 pan purchased at a Restaurant Supply store, by forgetting it on the stove. Smoked up house & pitted his perfect pan! Since it was mildly worn went to eBay to replace it. Thus far anyway....he hasn't even noticed ! Perfect pan for an over easy fried egg or special saute pan for a loved one. GREAT DEAL!

  • Perfect

Can't beat Cuisinart. Am getting an induction stovetop & needed to replace pans. Have other pieces of this brand so this fits right in and it was a great price.

  • Good weight and nice looking

I have tossed out all my non-stick pans to switch to stainless steel. This pan is really nice weight and cleans up in a snap. It warms up and holds the heat very well, and since I am cooking on electric that can be tricky. I am using a much lower setting on my stove to cook with now. You do need to give it time to warm up. I am now looking at getting a few different sizes. This pan will not disappoint you.

  • Nice skillet

I have cooked in stainless steel for years and do a pretty good job. The skillet is new to me however. I am on a learning with it. You have to use low heat or food Burns so it takes a little longer. Also be sure to season the skillet before you use it by heating the skillet on high then putting coconut oil in it and let smoke then remove from heat and allow to cool poor off oil then wipe out with dry clothes. There is a video on YouTube to refer to. Works great 👍.

Performs well. Heats quickly and evenly. Cleans easily. Develops a nice fond useful for deglazing into sauces.

  • Great pan

Seems like a great pan for the price. Medium weight, sturdy, looks nice, and worked well on stove top and in oven. Very satisfied.

As advertised; good quality. Food has a tendency to stick. Hoping this will go away with additional use.
