    I love this shirt! Shipped promptly and seller went out of their way to package very sweetly. Shirt is new with tags, as mentioned in the description. Unfortunately, it does have the distinct smell of cigarettes so I cannot give this shirt as a 'new' birthday present as I intended it to be. It must be washed. I should have made sure that my purchase was coming from a smoke-free home.
