The set up was really easy, I just plugged it in and the rest was automatic. I like that it's bluetooth, fewer cords on my desk. The best thing about it is the whole surface is a touch pad, so I can scroll documents and pan side to side by just moving my finger on the mouse. It's really intuitive I didn't know it had the feature before I bought it.

I enjoy the accessibility of gestures on the mouse, but I’m not sure if that feature is available on other mouses. The pros of the mouse tend to end there, however. I found it to be too slim. It’s possible my hands are simply too large for its intended audience, but assuming I don’t have gargantuan hands it just doesn’t seem to line up well with my fingers and palm. I would prefer if the arch of the overall shape was a bit broader. It’s simple to adjust the sensitivity of the mouse (and the trackpad) and I like that it’s built in to the MacBook and easy to find and access. Pairs well and quickly. Battery life is pretty solid, though I don’t have much of a comparison to judge it against. It suits me fine. Which leads to the charging port placement. The fact that it’s on the bottom annoys me to no end. It’s not that I intend to use it while charging, it’s just that I have to sit here and stare at this flipped turtle on its back while it’s charging. When I think of Apple I think of ease of use and elegance. This isn’t very elegant. I would prefer to raise the arch and place it on the back, or side. And once you do that you can allow it to charge while using it if you feel so inclined. The MSRP is a bit absurd given the simplistic nature of the mouse. I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for it. I’d have to sit and consider paying half price. Pros: Gestures are great. Cons: Literally everything that constitutes a mouse. Read full review

Product arrived exactly as I expected! The mouse itself works perfectly and I love the two- and three-finger swipe options to switch screens when I am using my laptop at my desk. The mouse did not arrive in an official Apple box and did not come with an apple connection cord (it did come in a box with a nice off-brand cord) but all in all, it is definitely worth the price.

I have used Apple Magic mice for years, and gotten used to the way they work - smoothly, accurately, and they feel natural. The newer ones don't even have to have the batteries replaced. Just plug them in to the apple charge cord. The battery status shows up un the preferences. They are really a great deal from eBay!

This mouse is comfortable to use, and I find its aesthetics pleasing. It is easy to pair to my computer and easy to configure. However, I am used to the PC environment, in which I can customize the functions of the mouse much more extensively that one can do with this Apple Mouse. Choices for gestures and "clicks" are very limited. But I don't know if you have much choice here, unless other brands like Logitech have software that works with their devices to allow better customization. Overall, I enjoy using this mouse, but my expectations were higher.
