Product is rugged and easy to install, especially if replacing a previous one. My first one lasted almost 10 years. The provided instructions seemed a bit obsolete referring to a previous model of power cable. The PLC kit is the best value as opposed to buying the parts separately. I suspect I will need to replace the flow sensor within a couple of years, so it is good to have a spare. Overall price is not cheap... There are less expensive ways to get salt water chlorination. Kit I received contained recent flow sensor revision different from the picture (prior design).

I replaced an old rectangle one with this new style. If you are replacing an old rectangular style Jandy Chlorinator, be aware that Jandy changed the coupling size thread to a larger size. Pipe diameter is still the same. So, have to do a little bit of replumbing to use the new couplings. Would have been nice if Jandy had kept the same size couplings to make the upgrade easier. Other than that, works perfectly and I'm making chlorine again.

Perfect kit and price and great instructions to set up the new design sensor to make it work with your control panel. Had been fighting to keep the water chemically balanced as the chlorinator went out after 7year of use from pool install. Once the new parts were installed, the chlorine percentage creation and clock timer set to keep the water balanced, time is more spent in the pool.
