The package was sent immediately after the purchase. After a delay, a message was received from the shipping company stating that the package is 'Undeliverable'.
This is a rather unusual situation but may happen.
The customer was offered a second shipping attempt or a refund. The customer chose a refund and received it with an apology. I am sorry for the delivery failure and I understand the customer's frustration. Sometimes there are things that are out of our control.
