When I lifted this shipment up from my front porch, I knew immediately that there was a goodly amount of broken glass within. Closer examination revealed poor packaging of the inner box by the manufacturer - not nearly sufficient protection for the glass inside. The seller/shipper compounded the problem by likewise failing to provide adequate protection within the outer container. This shipment never stood a chance. The seller was cooperative and offered a $5 discount to settle the matter.
