Seller advertised a light purple headpiece as “excellent condition,” yet it arrived with orange stains on the inside. Photos showing this angle were conveniently omitted from the listing. It is a spot clean/hand wash only piece, and when I alerted the seller of it’s poor condition before writing a bad review, they simply replied they hadn’t noticed any stains (I noticed within 5 seconds of opening the package) and told me I could probably clean them. Misleading listing & unsatisfactory response.

I am sorry this happened. Your representation of how I responded is not totally accurate and I find it unfair that you are implying I misrepresented the headband on purpose. I apologized a few times and thanked you for bringing it to my attention. I said I would be sure to be more careful in reviewing my items before listing going forward. I said I hoped it would be easy to remove with soap or a cleaner and you agreed that it would likely be easy to remove. Again, I am sorry for the oversight.
