Inadequate packaging ruined the purse . Poor comm. tried 3 da for the seller to make this right. Then she refused and I turned it over to eBay. The package was insufficient to protect this 100 yr old purse. she would not take responsibility for it. She followed none of the eBay requirements for shipping. It was wrapped in one piece of tissue paper and placed in a bubble envelope the same size. Water got into the envelope and ruined the purse. I opened it water came out, purse was ruined
