About this product

Product Information

Players who like their racing games on the destructive side can take to the streets of Full Auto 2: Battlelines, and blow up opponents and nearly everything else within the environment. Blasting crates, monorail cars, and other vehicles can stop an opponent in their tracks, giving gamers a chance to pull ahead. Players have a total selection of 27 cars in five different classes including muscle cars, industrial vehicles, and low riders. Gamers may then choose to customize their ride by adding one or more of 20 explosive weapons, and by changing the color and wheels. Single players may try the multi-path campaign where a battle rages for control of Staunton City. Gamers must conquer six different districts in the metropolis, and they can accomplish this goal by taking control of enemy cars and weapons. Multiplayer action combines cooperative and competitive play for such modes as "Deathmatch," "Cat and Mouse," and "Base Assault." Gamers who happen to make a wrong turn can try again by using the "Unwreck" feature.

    Great Condition!

Obviously if you compare it to today's games the graphics suck but that's not why I bought the game. This game was used but basically new. It came in great condition. I'm enjoying the game too!

  • Interesting design, but with unwieldy controls

Started a campaign and immediately got introduced to driving, outfitting my car and completing objectives. The only bad thing is that you have to have a high dexterity to actually pull off all the controls in this game. One finger to accelerate/break; one to steer; two to fire; one to aim; one to speed boost. And for anyone that is counting, that is only 6 fingers, but you have to use them all at the same time (not an easy task for the normal 2 thumb method of gaming). Not exactly an easy task. Now add in that you have to watch the road, the enemies and the occasional oncoming traffic/obstacle. I'm not saying it's impossible (plenty of people have played and beaten this game I'm sure), but it sure isn't for the casual gamer that just wants to blow up badguys with a cool outfitted car ...

  • Full Auto2 - If you have the patience

I was tempted to both rate this game higher - and lower. Graphically and presentational, this game is a blast. Cars are cool - with backgrounds elements you can destroy, all with 7.0 surround sound! How cool is that? Unfortunately as you play this game for any amount of time - not very. Even in the opening missions you are out-classed and out-gunned by the AI enemy. He has laser, rocket-launchers; you have a machine gun which might as well be a paint-ball gun for all the damage it does. It is a very fast paced gamed - alot of frantic action, coupled with the fast speed of the cars, makes it difficult at first to know just what is going on. You find yourself driving around in circles - not know where to go, or how you just died. But I suppose all games like this have a learning curve. So ...

  • good, simple fun

I have only played a few hours of Full Auto 2 and it seems like a good game. I am probably slightly biased considering i love racing games and racing-actions games like twisted metal. But i would say this game is worth getting if you can find it on ebay for about $20. The campaign is a little dry because there are only two mission types, either you are racing or you are battling, but there are side missions for both that vary the gameplay some. unlockable cars and weapons add for a nice incentive to play through the campaign. the weapons are customizable, in a very limited way, which i think adds to the fun. the multiplayer is nice, except for the fact that it is only 2-player locally. And finding a match online isn't simple. but if you can get a friend that likes this kind of game then it ...

  • Purchase This Game

Full Auto 2: Battlelines. This game was a "blast" to play. I have to admit, im not usually impressed to play “fantasy / unrealistic / futuristic” games. However I rented this game and I was really impressed by the length and difficulty of the game. I actually had fun playing this game. The game has decent rewards for completely extra objectives. Even after I finished the storyline, I went back to play the fun mission and try to get my extra objectives. Unlike most games, going back to reply levels are boring, however full auto 2 isn’t like that. Even if I finished the level 100% I would play it just for fun. Even though there isn’t much people online, the online feature is fun when you just want to go around and blow people up. I recommend people to purchase this game. Positive - Great ...
