The shoes were exactly as described- brand new in box! They are comfortable! Now, I do like to use the boxes that my shoes come in, so I wished that the shoes and shoebox would’ve come enclosed inside of a bigger box & not taped closed with the label on the shoe box itself to reveal the contents- I pretty much had to wreck the shoe box to get into it. Most people would probably throw the box away, so it just depends on your preference. Other than that, the item itself was in pristine condition.
