I’m extremely unhappy with the purchase I made. I bought their last 3 bottles of Benetton Unisex cologne, shipping was quick…only a few days. When it arrived, I opened all 3 to ensure they worked. Two out of three did, the push sprayer button didn’t spray. I have contacted the seller twice…once asking for their address as they did not provide it when I reached out. I have waited 4 days since my last inquiry asking if I am responsible to pay the shipping back, which isn’t right if it was broken..
