Excellent seller! The chandelier I purchased is stunning and ‘new in opened box’ as advertised. However, due to no fault of the seller, USPS damaged the exterior box and hence one of the glass globes was broken upon arrival. The seller was very quick to respond to my message to him and reimbursed me in full for a replacement globe. I would gladly do business with the seller again. Now…just waiting for hubby to install the chandelier :).
