Seller Notes: “This typewriter has been tested and while it does currently work, it will need repaired to continue ... “This typewriter has been tested and while it does currently work, it will need repaired to continue working. It makes a loud banging noise when powered on. It doesn't always power on either. Sometimes it requires a few tries and most times it requires taking the top off and pushing on the clutch to get it started. I think the hub pulley is cracked or slipping and it's a fairly extensive repair from what I've read. It's in excellent physical condition with only a few paint chips from use. It would display very well with the included original cover!”
