    Probably one of the best once a day vitamins on the Market

    Arrived a little late. But Happy overall Before trying these I had taken various well-known brands of vitamins in the past but decided to do some research and the Alive once a day seemed to keep coming out on top and contained all the vitamins I needed and a whole lot more. I'm very sensitive to how my body and mind react to food, vitamins, exercise, and most things and noticed that even though many people stated that it can take a month or so to feel the benefits I noticed to feel the benefits within as little time as 5 days. I truly believe that I have found the perfect supplement for me and will be ordering another batch way before this one as a chance to run out. Very impressed.

    Liked it, but...

    I was using this multi-vitamin for a couple of years and liked it. I also purchased the men's multivitamin as well. The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star and not a 5 star is because of the B12. My nutritionist explained that because of how it's made with the additional ingredient, it could be toxic. I would google it, just to be certain, if you are at all concerned.

    Best Senior Female Multi Vitamins

    Have been taking this for several years and it's the best for us older women... haven't gotten colds, flu or sore throats or anything and haven't been sick for over 60 years. I'm sure this made a significant difference for me in maintaining my health. Also never had flu or pneumonia or covid shots either.

    Good product and value

    I have been taking these vitamins for awhile. They are a little hard to swallow. Don't notice any sort of surge in energy, but why not take them if they are providing some nutrients I wouldn't get from a regular diet.
