If you don't like being mislead about when and if the seller shipped the item, skip this seller. After days of waiting and excuses, I initiated a package search with the USPS when seller claimed that, for days,the "small town post office must have it but never scanned it". Miraculously, after telling seller about search, and that the USPS never received package, the package gets dropped off at her post office. Far too much nonsense for a jacket . Just be honest with your customers.
