While I received this order of Systane Complete in record time, I do not find it any more helpful than the earlier versions of Systane. Please note you are supposed to shake this product before inserting in your eyes. Systane Complete Eye Drops were recommended to me after my double cataract surgery for dry eyes. These work by far the best of the many brands I've tried in the last 15 years or so. They work well and aren’t irritating, besides that not much to comment on. The container is small and has good grip so you don’t over squeeze or struggle to get one drop in your eye. Besides that I have no other eye drops to compare it to as these are my first one I’ve bought.
