Mostly positive experience. I was very excited to get this beautiful piece at a great price! Unfortunately, his hand broke off in shipping :( The seller appeared to have him packaged very well, but with such a delicate item, it wasn't quite enough. Obviously I am disappointed, but i will eventually glue his hand back on and hopefully he'll still look great. Seller did packaged him well and shipped out very fast, would still purchase from this seller again, just an unfortunate mishap.
