I have no idea how this customer came to this conclusion but of course it's not true. I've sold multiple bottles of these over the years and have had nothing but positive feedback. This customer did not ask for a refund or a return request, they only left negative feedback. I would have gladly accepted a return request if they had only asked.

Easy transaction, responsive seller, good value! I deducted 1 star for condition, due to damaged packaging. Not a huge deal, but photos were included of the top, and 3 sides of the package which were undamaged. Only the side with rips/damage was excluded. Fortunately, I'm not gifting it. Recommend and will shop again!
