Phone is completely new, I can see that, though lens are slightly scratched, thankfully not directly on the lens, but around the glass. I imagine it was due to shipping and hope it was that too. Also earpiece speaker had some little debris that I removed too. Other than that, phone came in just as expected and quickly too.
