The item arrived damaged. It was apparently damaged by the shipping company despite how well the item was packaged. The seller was very nice and despite the listing saying no refunds, once we spoke and he fully understood what had happened, he was willing to refund me since the item was basically DOA. Great seller though if they are willing to just refund you.
