There policy is that I pay the cost to ship it back to China.
The cost to do this is more than the value of the dress.
Seller send me a lower value item than what I paid for, because they know I'm not going to return it anyway.
The seller made a mistake and is not willing to send me the right item or send me a refund.

I was sent the wrong color, provided a photo to show I got navy blue vs black stripes. I was offered half money back, then offered to ship it back at my expense for their mistakes...poor business practices. I loath working with sellers who willNOT take responsibility for their mistakes and then push it onto the buyer to spend more money to correct their mistakes. I cannot recommend working with this company. product material was cheap as well.

The item is as described but the material seems a bit flimsy. I'm not sure how long they'll last. Packaging was good, but the shipping time was not quick - which is not necessarily the seller's fault. I'm not sending them back - we'll see how they do over time.
