This came with the shield as well as mounting screws. Just a pro tip, I added wider washers (1-1/4") sandwiched on both sides of the material for each screw. Where these shields fail is typically right at the four mounting points because the material softens and stresses at the mounts. This product was exactly what I needed to get rid of my saggy diaper. Hoping it lasts longer than my OEM factory part did.
