Ordered my RAZR a while ago and it arrived safely packaged, they even put the phone's original plastic wrapping around it! Unfortunately, the phone's screen wasn't working. I let the seller know about this and after describing my issue, they realized that I had a defect in my phone's screen. They sent me another one without questions asked and it arrived working perfectly!

Buyers beware. 1st promises free postage then charges you, 2nd item was broken and he knew it. 3 having to get my bank and police involved as somehow he manged to take more from my account I have the bank statement with his user name on both transactions. also free seller returns ...nope instead of the £45.09 or the £45.68 he paid me a poor £31 and thinks hes getting away with it.

Seller Beware: 1st we never asked the buyer to return, the buyer bought a phone from us and retquest a return with a picture from TV show 2. we asked the buyer to take off the tape from the battery and the phone can work. The buyer only say it can not work and then said that we have charged twice from his bank. 3. How could we sell only £31 and charged more money directly from his bank. 4. The buyer is not clear about his own bank card, sometimes £45.09, sometimes £45.68 5. He ask us for Money!
