First time giving a negative feedback in 18 years with eBay. Description said 64GB of ram and came with no ram. Seller took days to respond, offered me to either return the server or they could ship the missing ram so I opted in for the ram to be shipped out, which seller agreed to do but seller wanted for me to close the Return Request before he could ship it out, I refused to close it and he kept insisting on doing so. I ended up returning the server. Be careful with seller. F grade Not recome

Several issues:
1. Seller should really put USB-C ADAPTER in the title and make sure the first photo doesn't HIDE the adapter. Very misleading and bad practice.
2. Adapters are NOT genuine Dell and do not allow for 130W pass through so they do not work with what we need them for - see photo.
3. Some adapters still have people's names and phone numbers on them.
We desperately needed these items and are very disappointed.

Bought heatsink and fan for $36 total.Received the fan only.Contacted the seller who said they will send the heatsink.Then changed their mind and kept giving me every excuse not to send the missing part.Insisted that I go through a returd/refund and place a new order.So I did that and now they are trying to sell it to me for $50! We have been going back and forth regarding this issue for a few weeks.They stopped replying to my messages.Very dishonest seller. FIRST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK IN 20 YEARS.
