The big bowl was broken in shipping. I somehow expected this as my mom said her original cracked when she washed it with warm water (flawed design). Seller couldn't have packed items ANY more carefully, with peanuts and foam. Rough shipping? Maybe variation in temperature, like in my mom's case. Dunno. The smaller bowl was intact with mixer blades I bought as well. I asked him to take another 5 bucks off (he lowered price that much as well prior to sale) he complied. Fair enough.
