I received this item which was packaged extremely well. I absolutely loved the bowl. Item description was some mild crazing..upon receiving the item it actually had 3 hairline cracks. I messaged the seller and immediately she responded and handled promptly and professionally. I would buy from this company again..I do hate bowl was cracked.. the cracks were not visible on her actual picture listing. I feel box was dropped.
