A suggestion I have is to not use the absolutely atrocious eBay international shipping program for goods shipped to Canada from the US. It is extremely slow, unecessarily complex, and eBay failed to answer simple questions I had satisfactorily. Please ship direct via USPS for Canada in future. Faster and cheaper. Thanks.
