Bought this for my 03 Honda Rincon. Decided to " upgrade" my brakes when I repaired/ rebuilt my front end. Installed all new ball joints, wheel bearings, tie rod end and a-arm bushings. After ordering, the kit was delivered rather quickly. After rebuilding my front end I installed this kit. Off the bat I noticed the hardware was probably the softest metal I've ever seen for hardware. I installed this kit per instructions with everything torqued to spec etc... Rerouted my brake lines as instructions stated I may have to. Filled and bleed brake system. Both calipers leaked. Found the two part calipers not fully assembled. After I repaired that I was still unable to get system to build pressure. I tried the old school way of bleeding brakes and my vacuum bleeder with no success. I then ... I then swapped master brake cylinder from my 2010 Honda rancher and retried. Still no success. ( After reinstalling that mc back onto the rancher it built pressure with no issue). Refilled/ bleed the brakes on this Rincon. I'm positive I had no chance of air in the system and still had no pressure in the system. Inspected brake lines for leaks/ damage and found none. Brake lines are in good condition and do not expand/swell when brake lever is applied. As of right now I'm at a lose. In my years of being a heavy equipment mechanic I have never scene a brake system act like this. Still currently trying to trouble shot this. I have no leaks , have a master brake cylinder that worked fine with the old drum brakes and one that's off my other ATV that's good, have bleed the system with two different methods and an not getting any air out of the system, good brake lines with no leaks or bulging. My last guess it's there is something going on within the calipers that is not showing external evidence.

Extremely impressed.
I was wondering why this kit was pretty pricey until i ripped open the box. I knew this kit was legit when i opened the box and first thing i took out was a caliper made by wilwood. I dug to the bottom to find massive drilled and slotted rotors. All the hardware feels very strong and sturdy. I have yet to install this kit but I can tell by the quality it will work incredibly well. HUGE thumbs up. Highly recommend, you will definitely not be disappointed.I was wondering why this kit was pretty pricey until i ripped open the box.
